Can you use these with an MP3 player? I have an Inno for the gym and the headphones I have are also a receiver, so I deal with it but for just my own music listening at the gym they are not the most comfortable...

That's a sweet pair of cans, Ed! We have a few pairs of those for our sound guys at NewPointe (along with some MDR-7506s). Both models work great; the 7509s have a tad more bass response to them, so you get some real nice low end out of them when you crank it up.
